Ensuring compliance supporting exceptional students

Athlos Special Education helps schools ensure compliance in special education departments and reduce the risk of federal and state violations through two services: special education logs and compliance reviews.

  • Save Time and Money

Due process complaints and lawsuits cost schools and districts tens of thousands of dollars every year—often because administrators are dealing with so many other compliance and reporting issues that service hours are not being accurately tracked or reported. Athlos Special Education services allow schools to monitor service hours and provide evidence of due diligence and services rendered.

  • Track and Analyze Data

Schools rely on service providers to keep accurate service logs, often on paper, because most IEP software programs only focus on the writing and storing of special education evaluations and individualized education plans, not tracking the data.  Athlos Special Education services help schools reduce risk in their special education department and improve quality of service to students.

  • Special Education Logs

Access to daily service logs intended to help special education departments log service in a manner that ensures required services is being delivered and evidence can be provided.
