I found the depth and breadth of knowledge from home court to be amazing… Everything was valuable to me.

It is always nice to collaborate and interact with the people at the other campuses and the people at Home Court. I find it refreshing to work with these people who share a vision and largely have a strong passion for that vision.

It was interesting being ‘behind the scenes’ to all of the thought and planning administration does for a school year… it makes more sense of why we do what we do throughout the year.

As a team lead, I appreciated how we were included. I feel that the information is valuable to extend leadership in more areas throughout the school.

Collaboration with staff at other locations was extremely helpful in getting a better glimpse of the ‘Athlos Way’.

Speaking from a teacher’s point of view, I enjoyed just listening to and learning about how much work and thought it takes to start the new school year. I have a newfound respect for the admin team.
