To celebrate the importance of healthy lifestyles, Feeling Good MN is recognizing people, businesses and communities in Central Minnesota that are setting a healthy example.

Do you know a Health Hero – someone who deserves a special recognition for taking steps to be healthy? Or a local company that’s going above and beyond to support the health of its employees? How about a community that’s taking steps toward better health?

If so, tell us their story and why they inspire you. Each month’s Health Hero will get a surprise visit from the Feeling Good MN van and receive a gift basket full of fun, healthy rewards.
