Construction is underway on Athlos Academy, which will open at 1001 Behrman Highway, Terrytown, in fall 2018. Ben Bourgeois, is chairman of the school’s nonprofit board. The school, with about 90,000 square feet of space, will initially serve 900 students in grades K-6. Once fully enrolled, the school will serve 1,200 students in grades K-8.
