Let there be color: Athlos Academy students welcome summer in a cloud of color

Athlos Academy students crawled and climbed around obstacles Friday at the school’s color-a-thon event. The colorful obstacle course was organized by the school’s parent teacher association as a fundraiser. As of May 25, the event had raised nearly $11,000 that will go toward student enrichment activities, including a field trip to Washington, D.C. for students in the upper grades.

City of Boise announces 2017 Building Excellence Award winners

Athlos Academies (918 W. Idaho Street) – This project in Downtown Boise reimagined a well-known historical building – the former CC Anderson building. Repurposed as the headquarters for a charter school service provider that supports schools nationwide, the completely renovated building will house Athlos Academies corporate employees, and serve as a state-of-the-art training facility and educational hub for educators and coaches nationwide.
